This journey started in 1999 with the purchase of a two-flat in Chicago’s Old Irving Park neighborhood, followed by a four-unit building and two single-family homes — all value-add projects that required substantial hands-on effort.
As a full-time developer, Chris has delivered numerous condo developments, a fifteen-home community of custom and semi-custom residences, a boutique hotel, and other distinctive projects.
